  • Classes and workshops vary from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the activity. Virtual workshops tend to be shorter, but we can work the duration around you!

  • To confirm your event, we’ll ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit (min value of 10 guests) if the date is more than 2 weeks away. The remaining payment is due 2 weeks before the event date.

    Any booking made within 2 weeks of the event will require the full payment upfront to confirm booking.

    All payments are non-refundable, and reschedules are only possible at Obby’s discretion.

    Got a special date in mind?

    We offer a £100 reservation fee to secure your chosen date for 7 days, giving you time to confirm final numbers (deductible from the overall event costs).

  • Once booked, we’ll ask you to provide all postal addresses for those joining by a certain date if kits are being sent. These can either be collected in one sheet, or sent to Obby by individuals.

    Rest assured, Obby is GDPR compliant, and participant information will be kept secure. Prior to the event, we’ll send you a virtual meeting link, or ask that you provide one for the day. Make sure to invite your participants, and hey presto, you’ll be ready to join a virtual workshop!

  • Yes! If you’ve chosen a workshop with materials, we can arrange for international delivery, but do ask for at least 2 weeks notice and postage will be subject to delivery costs of the country any kits are sent to.

  • In-person events can be held at a location of your choosing. We ask that our teachers have access to any space outside our venues at least 30 minutes before the event start time.

  • We have no set discounts for larger group sizes, however, prices will vary according to the number of participants, delivery costs (virtual) or travel costs (in-person). We are flexible to budgets and can arrange an event bespoke to your budget and needs.
